I’m so happy I found these apartments! They are good value for the price, very clean and secluded and the property manager is amazing. They do everything they can to help residents.

I have lived at Aspen Gate for a little over a year and the stay has been very pleasant. My one-bedroom place has plenty of space for me and I have not had any repair issues since I’ve been here. The outside although not spectacular has a nice courtyard with a picnic table under a bunch of trees that makes a great studying place in Spring and Summer. Parking can be tough around DU, but this apartment has plenty of spaces to rent and some are even covered which is what I have and its great in the winter.

I highly recommend living at the Aspen Gate apartments for anyone that is going to DU or wants to be close to light rail and downtown. I’m a student so this place couldn’t be any closer to campus. In the winter I can walk right to class without driving in the snow. The inside of the apartment is also great. The managers are easy to work with and very friendly, always saying hi when you see them and asking if I need anything. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a great apartment complex, immaculately kept. They are very concerned about their renters and are quick to repair anything that needs fixing. One thing that I particularly appreciate is the way snow is removed in such a timely fashion. The laundry room is always clean and to the best of my knowledge, the machines are always in good working order. It is indeed hard to find an apartment complex that is as well taken care of as this one is. It is a very quiet complex as well, which makes studying a much easier thing to do. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a quiet, well-maintained home to live in.

Aspen Gate is a good choice if you’re a DU student that wants a place that is clean and super close to campus. There isn’t a fitness room or pool but it’s quiet and well managed… They’re the most honest landlords I’ve had so far. I moved out last summer and now I wish I hadn’t.

Great place to live. The manager is always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance responds to inquiries in a timely manner. Building was recently renovated and looks tremendous. We locked down a good rate and couldn’t be happier.
