Aspen West Apartments at DU

Welcome home to Aspen West, an inviting community that is home to several DU students and local professionals. Aspen West is located conveniently on Gaylord Street in Southeast Denver less than one block from the University of Denver and across the street from the DU Communications Department. Residents at Aspen West also enjoy easy access to I-25, Light Rail, and a short 6 mile drive to downtown Denver.

Aspen West is situated with your convenience and lifestyle in mind. Residents take advantage of athletic events and art venues available close by at the University of Denver campus. Several fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and other amenities are located within 1 to 4 blocks of the community.

A lovely courtyard with trees, picnic table, bench, and art sculpture beckon you to come outside for a picnic or for a study break. Laundry facilities are located on site for all residents.

We have 20 one-bedroom suites. 5 of those suites are large end units offering a generous amount of space and natural light. All 20 of our suites feature special amenities.
