Welcome home to South University, an inviting community that is home to several DU students and DU Graduate Students. South University Apartments is located conveniently on South University Boulevard in Southeast Denver less than one block away from the University of Denver across the street from the Newman Center for the Performing Arts. Residents at South University also enjoy easy access to I-25, Light Rail, and a short 6 mile drive to downtown Denver.
South University is situated with your convenience and lifestyle in mind. Residents take advantage of athletic events and art venues available close by at the University of Denver campus. Several fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and other amenities are located within 1 to 4 blocks of the community.
All above ground units have spacious balconies, some with spectacular views.
